Treat yourself to the perfect mix of relaxation and great food with our Salus Escape. Begin with a tasty lunch in our elegant Sal's Cafe setting provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and delicious, and enjoy a two course Lunch.

Your experience also includes a 50-minute treatment, allowing you to unwind even further with tailored relaxation from our expert therapists. The treatment selection for this will included one of the following.

- 50 Min - Elemis Facial

- 50 Min - Salus Spa Pick & Mix, Choose any two treatments from our selection of luxurious options, including; Elemis express facial / Soothing head, neck, and shoulder massage / Hand and arm massage / Leg and foot massage.

- Salus Bespoke Back - Give your back the care it deserves with this deeply relaxing and results-driven treatment. Designed to target an area that's often neglected.

While phase two of our spa renovation continues, treatments are currently offered in beautifully converted rooms within the main hotel, just a short walk from the spa.
